Invest Toronto is visiting Europe Sept 21 - Oct 1, 2010

Invest Toronto is the official foreign direct investment attraction agency for the City of Toronto. As part of Invest Toronto's continuing effort to support international companies interested in bringing their businesses or expanding into Toronto we are visiting Europe. We will be in Paris, France from the 21st till the 23rd of September and in Germany from the 23rd of September till 1st of October in Berlin (23-24) Frankfurt (27-28) and Munich (28-1st October).

Statement by European Commission President Barroso and European Council President Van Rompuy following the G20 Summit in Toronto (26-27 June 2010)

Following the conclusion of the summit meeting of the G20 in Toronto, European Commission President Barroso and European Council President Van Rompuy made the following statement.

"In Toronto, the G20 has proven to be what it said it would be: the premier forum for international economic cooperation. We have kept the momentum for global coordination on economic matters, delivering on a number of Pittsburgh commitments and setting the agenda for Seoul. The G20 comes out stronger.
